about us

At the heart of our business is family—by blood, by marriage (past and present), and by the friendships that stand the test of time. Just as important, it’s built on a shared passion for supporting women, uplifting families, and creating spaces where women feel empowered, valued, and confident.

Melanie and Michelle’s story began over 12 years ago, when friendship quickly grew into something much deeper. What started as a connection between two women became a true family bond—one built on trust, shared experiences, and a mutual belief in the power of women supporting women. Even as life evolved and family trees shifted, their relationship remained constant. Today, that long‑standing friendship and family connection—paired with their commitment to empowering women—is the foundation of the business they proudly run together.

Michelle has called the Tampa area home for over 12 years, after originally growing up in Indiana. She and her husband Paul have raised two sons; Griffin and Lincoln here, building a life rooted in family, connection, and community.

With a background in fashion and Human Resources, Michelle brings both creativity and structure to the business. She has a deep passion for purposeful work and for creating opportunities that help women feel confident, capable, and connected. Michelle believes strongly in women lifting one another up, and that belief is woven into every aspect of what they create together.

Melanie is a Tampa native, born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, with deep roots in the community she calls home. She is married to her husband David and is the proud mom of three sons; Brodie, Carson and Noah, along with a stepdaughter, Taylor. Family life is full, busy, and joyful—and it’s that hands‑on, heart‑centered approach that Melanie brings into everything she does.

Melanie is passionate about helping women feel supported and capable, especially in the many seasons of motherhood and family life. Her love for community and well-being plays a key role in shaping a business that exists to serve, encourage and empower women.

a true family business

The inspiration for this business runs even deeper—straight through the family tree

Michelle’s sister, Christina, has long been a source of inspiration as the founder of Little Bird Lane, a beloved children’s consignment event, and Wardrobe Revival, a women’s consignment experience. Watching Christina build successful, community‑focused events centered around women and families showed Michelle what was possible when passion, empowerment, and purpose come together.

Add in the fact that Melanie and Michelle were once sisters‑in‑law, and the meaning of “family business” takes on a whole new level. While titles may have changed, the bond never did—and now it’s woven into everything they build together.

This business is rooted in trust, history, shared values, and a deep commitment to empowering women. It’s about family in every sense of the word—supporting women, working with family, and creating something meaningful that feels welcoming, inclusive, and lasting.

Welcome to our family. We’re so glad you’re here
